By accessing and using Fantasy Tennis Manager (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Fantasy Tennis Manager is a fantasy sports platform that allows users to create virtual tennis teams, compete in leagues, and track performance based on real ATP tournament results.
The Service is provided free of charge and is intended for entertainment purposes only.
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- One account per person is permitted
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Keep your contact information up to date
4. Fair Play and Conduct
Prohibited Activities:
- Creating multiple accounts
- Sharing account information with others
- Using automated tools or bots
- Attempting to manipulate scoring or results
- Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward other users
Violation of fair play rules may result in account suspension or termination without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fantasy Tennis Manager and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
ATP player names, rankings, and tournament data are used under fair use for fantasy sports purposes.
6. Scoring and Data Accuracy
Scoring System
Scoring is based on official ATP tournament results and follows the rules outlined in our Rules & Scoring System.
Data Accuracy
- We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee error-free data
- Scoring corrections may be made if official results change
- Disputes should be reported through our contact form
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties in relation to this Service or the information and materials provided.
We do not warrant that the Service will be constantly available, or available at all, or that the information on this Service is complete, true, accurate, or non-misleading.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Fantasy Tennis Manager, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
